Bus: Bus to the airport leaves from / arrives at 143 of Zhongshan Rd., Xigang District. It's schedule is timed with the arrival of flights. 10RMB per person.
Taxi: It is usually not the best idea to take a taxi from the airport into the city as you can be easily ripped off, but as Dalian's airport is only 10km from the city centre and the ride should only cost about 10RMB. With this in mind, just take the taxi.
